How to Request Services
To provide you with the most efficient service, we categorize warranty requests into two types:
Non-Emergency Requests

Emergency Requests
An emergency is defined as a situation that poses an immediate threat to your safety, health, or the integrity of the property.

Examples include:

Total loss of heat during freezing temperatures.

Major plumbing leaks or sewer backups.

Total loss of electricity (not caused by a local utility outage).

Gas leaks (In the event of a gas leak, evacuate immediately and call 911 or your local utility provider first).
