Realtor® Referral Program Guidelines
​REGISTRATION

Register your clients online before or during their first VisionMaker Homes meeting.

Reward payment will be void if clients have previously contacted the builder without being registered.

The start of construction (footings poured) must begin within 12 months of registration.

For repeat builds, you must re-register clients after the initial 12-month registration period has expired.

MULTIPLE REFERRAL SOURCES

One referral to be paid per customer, and cannot be combined with any other referral reward program.

If a dispute arises between the parties over who was the procuring cause of the sale, the builder will work with the customer to determine who will receive the referral fee. The referral reward will be paid accordingly.

REWARD PAYMENT DETAILS

Payment will be made directly to the Realtors® Brokerage.

For reward payments after construction begins, the lender (if financed) or the customer (if paying cash) must pay the referral amount in full to the builder in the finance draw before you receive payment from the builder.

To receive payment, the referring Real Estate Broker must hold an active license in the state where the home is being built.

Real Estate Brokers can self-refer once every 12 months and receive the 2% Referral Reward as a discount towards the total contract value.

The program can be changed, altered, or terminated by VisionMaker Homes
