How Our Referral Program Works:

Simply fill out the form with your information and the details of your friend or family member who is considering building a new home. Once your referral connects with us and moves forward with VisionMaker Homes, we'll show our appreciation for your trust and support.

HOW IT WORKS

YOUR REFERRAL REWARD

For every referral you send our way receive a one-time referral reward of $1,000.00 when they build a new home with us!

REGISTRATION

Register your friend online before or during their first VisionMaker Homes meeting.
Reward payment will be void if your referral has previously contacted the builder without being registered.
Start of construction (footings poured) must begin within 12-months of registration.

MULTIPLE REFERRAL SOURCES

One referral to be paid per customer and cannot be combined with any other referral reward program.
If a dispute occurs between two parties about who was the procuring cause of the sale, the builder will work with the customer and the builder will decide who will be paid the referral. The referral reward will be paid accordingly.

REWARD PAYMENT DETAILS

Reward payment will be made via check.
For reward payments after construction begins, lender (if financed) or customer (if paying cash) must pay the referral amount in full to the builder in the finance draw, prior to you receiving payment from builder.
You cannot refer yourself to receive a referral reward.
Program can be changed, altered, or terminated by VisionMaker Homes.
